Travel Florida - The Sunshine State
This week Travel the World is going to tour around Florida. From the Keys in the South to the North East corner, from the beaches to swamps and from high technology to high speed, we’ll cover it all - or as much of it as can be squashed into a week of blogging.
What we’re not going to do is cover the mouse however. Despite the photo here, there’s just too much mouse to be covered in a short series of articles so watch out for a complete week of Disney World offerings coming up soon. This week we’ll look at the Everglades, Miami, the Gulf Coast, Orlando, Daytona and the Kennedy Space Center.
The best way to get the most of your vacation to Florida is to have an opened ended flight - fly into Miami, and out of Orlando, and hire a car for the bit in between. That way you have the freedom of planning a vacation that will cover all the best parts of this exciting state and not have to backtrack in order to fly home again.
Check back tomorrow for the first in this 5 blog series exploring the highlights of traveling in the Sunshine State.
